Darrell E. Larson
Darrell Larson is a native of Climax, Minnesota, who graduated from Moorhead State University in 1974 and from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1977. He also graduated from New York University in 1978 receiving an L.L.M. degree (in Taxation). Darrell is licensed to practice in all state courts in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota, the federal courts in the state of North Dakota and the United States Tax Court.
Darrell's areas of practice include estate and trust planning, all areas in the field of taxation including estate, gift and income taxation, as well as corporate and other business entity formation, mergers, acquisitions and representation in the areas of health law and municipal bond law.
Darrell is a member of the North Dakota State and Minnesota State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association. He is a past president of the Grand Forks County Bar Association and past chair of the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce. Darrell gives frequent presentations to professional and community groups on areas including taxation, estate planning and other business matters.
