Frances Kanneh grew up in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. She received her degree in Political Science from the University of Jamestown in 2016. She received her paralegal certificate from the University of North Dakota in 2024. Prior to joining the firm in April of 2024, she worked at Polk County Social Services. She lives in Grand Forks, North Dakota with her cat, Poof. Frances enjoys board game nights with friends, reading, and going on hikes at state parks.
