Russ J. Melland

Russ J. Melland is a native of Jamestown, North Dakota, who graduated from Jamestown College with degrees in Business Administration and Economics in 1983 and from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1991. Prior to law school, Russ had been a contractor and business owner who now uses his past experience predominantly in the areas of business formation and representation, estate and elder law planning, trust and estate administration, real estate and related issues of taxation.

Russ is licensed in all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota. He is a member of the Grand Forks County, North Dakota State and Minnesota State Bar Associations.
